Went shooping – Masai style!
Cooked for the guys… The Dinner…
- Bean salad with tahini dressing and cranberries
- Chicken in coconut and lime
- veggie sautee with zucchini, red cabbage and new onions
- lamb neck, with slow cooked pumpkin and rosemary
- pear compote with fresh berries and yoghurt
We had 10 guys for left over dinner out side the truck so it was a late night session.
